I am still very much in love with my INNOQUII Trousseau and last year I set her up in a make shift diorama for a photo shoot. She is wearing the dressing gown belonging to a Silkstone Barbie and although a little too small it is rather effective I think!

INNOQUII Bride wears Picnic

Having just returned from vacation and having learned of all the missed Superfrock Fortune items while I have been away I consoled myself with a photo session featuring INNOQUII Bride and her newly Ebay acquired Picnic outfit. Here comes the (innoquii) Bride!

Well dear readers I finally went and did it; I took the plunge and ordered the newly released ii/DD_04  Innoquii bridedoll.

The first of the four planned Innoquii dolls, ii/DD_02 picnic, did not grab my attention at first mostly due to the fear of ending up with a new expensive doll line to collect! The tattoos were also a bit of a turn off because as a rule I don’t like them on real flesh let alone doll flesh!

However I got looking at pictures of the actual doll people had uploaded to Flickr and I started to warm to this new breed of fashion doll with her unique styling and rather attractive face. And then the Bride showed up! As soon as I saw the pics on the Superfrock site I knew I had to have one.  Doll fever took hold and out came the credit card! Yikes!!

INNOQUII Bride Now she has arrived I am very happy I took the plunge, as she is a dream. Her make up is much more subtle than either the Picnic or Traveller (a Haute Doll exclusive) Innoquii. The grey glass eyes really make the face a delight to behold framed as they are by beautifully applied lashes. The lips, which look slightly petulant on Picnic, are much more reigned in on the Bride with much paler and more realistic lipstick. The feel of her porcelain is also rather satisfying and makes
for a highly realistic skin tone.

Her outfit contains a huge amount of fabric. In the skirt at least as the top half of her gown is completely sheer with applied glitter design that shows off her tattoos to great effect.  White shoes, huge veil and bouquet complete the “happiest day of your life” to twisted Superfrock effect.

Dearest Mailing List Subscriber……
Well, with all the excitement of our annual pilgrimage to Paris behind us, Spring is in the air and we reflect on the wonderful time we had meeting friends both old and new in the capital city of France!
But whilst still on the topic of things Parisienne, we can spread the rumour that we will once again be in Paris in 2010 for the Paris Fashion Doll Festival, and if this year was anything to go by….. get your name on the list for next year!

More travelling news….

Tokyo! Yeah! We’re going to Japan!
We will be doing an exhibition and have a very few one of a kind dolls available at this auspicious show…. We so hope to see you there and look forward to meeting our Japanese collectors!

We are also very happy to be invited back to Russia this year and will be exhibiting at the DOLLSALON in St Petersburg, but more about that closer to the time.

Our website is currently undergoing a huge transformation and we are also very excited about this. Please re bookmark our index (www.superfrock.com) page to avoid confusion as we refigure the site in the next few months.

So… whats new? I hear you ask…

Here comes the bride…. Yes, ii/DD_04 the gorgeous Innoquii™ bride is in stock and will go on sale later today as well as an elegant treat for the Sybarites.
Furthermore we are thrilled to introduce in the very next issue of Haute Doll magazine: FUGU™! Our all new Japanese sculpt, she’s not your normal poisonous fish!

Also making their debut on our website soon is the divine Sybarite collection Fortune™….

But this is all just a small part of what we have planned for the year ahead as *superdoll_collectibles* takes on a very HOT celebrity likeness that you just not gonna believe… introduce a line of artist figures, a line of teenage girls and then some!

So, stay tuned, have fun as we get ready to once again prepare for an awesome season ahead!

Well the first INNOQUII doll is on sale on the Superfrock site and the actual INNOQUII site has been updated with another teaser; a front page spread from the new Haute Doll magazine. These 14″ beauties sure seem to be causing some chatter and controversy in the Superdoll world!
